CRAFT INSTRUCTORS TRAINING SCHEME (CITS)
These courses are offered by Institute to fulfill the objective of uplifting and upgrading the training standard of existing serving instructors of ITIs/ ITCs and Industry as well as those who aspire to become successful instructor in future.
Mode Of Admission :
Admission is made purely on the basis of merit of Entrance Test held by DGT Ministry of Skill Development Entrepreneurship, New Delhi. Generally in month June-July every year. Sponsered candidates from Govt. ITI may nominated to institute for direct Admission through Proper Channel. (i.e. through their state directorate)
Selection :
Selection of private candidates will be made on merit of all India Entrance Test to be conducted by DGT, MSDE, New Delhi
How to apply:
1. State Directors may send nominations of instructor working in Govt. ITI’S directly to the concerned NSTI, Director.
2. Private affiliated ITI/ITC instructor & fresh ITI students may apply for entrance test online on DGT, NSTI, Chennai Website.
